JET Micro Cable

The miniature central tube non-metallic optical cable consists of 250μm single-mode or multi-mode optical fibers enclosed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material. The tube is filled with a non-toxic, harmless, and waterproof compound.  Non-metallic strengthening elements, such as aramid or high-strength glass yarn, are stranded around the loose tube, and then a black or colored high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheath is extruded to form the cable.

Utilizing microtubule resources, this is particularly suitable for backbone networks, access networks, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) applications.

Access Networks and FTTH: Ideal for rapid cabling and user access in environments with minimal construction requirements.

Power Systems/High Electromagnetic Interference Environments: The non-metallic design effectively prevents electromagnetic interference, making it suitable for use as an incoming fiber optic cable near power transmission towers and in areas prone to lightning strikes.

Long-Distance and Inter-Office Communication: Can be used for building communication backbone networks within cities and over long distances.

Building Interiors: Due to its small size and light weight, it saves space and is also suitable for communication and lighting within buildings.
