The structure of GYXY fiber optic cable involves placing 250μm optical fibers into loose tubes made of high-modulus material, with the loose tubes filled with a waterproof compound. Water-blocking material is added outside the loose tubes to ensure longitudinal water resistance of the cable. Two parallel steel wires are then placed on either side before the polyethylene sheath is extruded to form the cable.
Application:
.Communication Base Stations: Used to connect mobile communication base stations for transmitting large volumes of data.
.Urban Integrated Wiring: Deployed in various smart facilities, buildings, and public places within cities to support high-speed internet and data transmission.
.Enterprise Networks: Used in large enterprises or data centers to connect various information systems, ensuring high bandwidth and low-latency data exchanges.
.Surveillance Systems: Acts as the transmission medium between video surveillance devices and the monitoring center in security monitoring systems.
.Power Industry: Utilized in communication and monitoring systems within power companies for data transmission and monitoring.
.Traffic Management: Serves as the infrastructure for signal transmission in traffic monitoring and management systems.
.Medical Institutions: Transmits medical imaging and data in hospitals and other healthcare facilities to support telemedicine and electronic medical record management.
.Industrial Automation: Connects sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and data processing centers in industrial production environments.
.Outdoor Environments: Due to its waterproof, high-temperature resistance, and anti-interference capabilities, it is suitable for outdoor environments under harsh weather conditions, such as riverbanks and mountainous areas.
